Global GreenTag International becomes an FSC® Promotional Licence Holder, strengthening support for responsible forest products and credible sustainability claims
Reinforcing our commitment to drive transparency in the market
Global GreenTag International, a globally recognised ecolabel and independent certification body assessing products across environmental impact, human health and ethical labour supply, has formally become a Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) Promotional Licence Holder.
This milestone enables Global GreenTag to actively support and promote the FSC-certified products its clients manufacture and supply while adhering to FSC's stringent requirements for accurate, transparent and credible sustainability communication.
FSC is an internationally recognised, non-profit organisation that sets standards for responsible forest management and verifies that forests and forest-based products meet strict environmental, social and economic requirements. Through certification and labelling, FSC helps protect biodiversity, respect Indigenous Peoples' rights, and ensure forest products are sourced responsibly, from forest to final product.
As a Promotional Licence Holder, Global GreenTag International is authorised to use the globally recognised FSC logo and trademarks in promotional materials, demonstrating a clear commitment to responsible forest management and supporting transparent communication with customers, partners and other stakeholders.
GreenTag's independent, evidence-based approach to certification and verification reflects principles that are also central to FSC's focus on credibility and the prevention of greenwashing, particularly in the context of increasingly stringent global consumer protection and green marketing regulations.

GreenTag assesses products across a range of sustainability metrics, including the life cycle impacts, human health considerations and ethical supply chains. As an FSC Promotional Licence Holder, GreenTag can communicate the use of FSC-certified materials to support manufacturers in making responsible procurement and design decisions.
