Global GreenTag Elevates CarbonRate™ to Verified Carbon Footprint Certification for Advanced Sustainable Products

Global GreenTag International has announced a major evolution of its CarbonRate™ certification program, strengthening its service to manufacturers developing advanced sustainable product designs and providing the green building industry with clearer, independently verified carbon data.
Effective 1 February 2026, CarbonRate™ will formally transition to representing a verified product carbon footprint statement — a move designed to increase trust, comparability and technical rigour in how product carbon information is communicated across the built environment.
