Hour 1 — Joint presentation

The global sustainability agenda is moving beyond "doing less harm" towards achieving net positive outcomes for nature. This shift requires businesses, manufacturers, and project leaders to actively measure, reduce, and regenerate their impacts on ecosystems, biodiversity, and natural resources.

The Global GreenTag International NaturePositive+ Declaration™ and certification for products has been designed to guide and recognise organisations with products that are aligning with this ambitious new direction.

In this session, we will:

• Introduce the principles of Nature Positive as defined under the Global GreenTag International Standard for NaturePositive+ product certification, and why it represents the next frontier in product sustainability and corporate responsibility.
• Explore how Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) —as a recognized, transparent, and science-based tool—provide the critical life cycle data needed to identify, track, and communicate environmental impacts.
• Show how integrating EPDs with Nature Positive pathways enables companies to move from simple compliance towards measurable positive contributions.
• Share practical steps, case examples, and strategies for manufacturers and project teams to adopt this certification and demonstrate leadership in nature-positive outcomes.
