Vitracore G2 Façade Panels are non-combustible engineered aluminium cladding with a cassette style fixing system and a PVDF coating. Vitracore Panels are available in a variety of colour pallets and finishes. Deemed non-combustible by AS 1530.1 and classified as Group 1 in the AS 5637.1 Clause 9(n) National Construction Code, this product has been third party certified as NCC compliant and is designed for multi-story buildings for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
Vitracore G2 Panels have been independently tested to the following standards: AS 229.1 Bending Report, ASTM D1781-98(2012), AS1530.3 - Fire Test on Building Materials, AS4040.3 Cyclonic testing, AAMA2605-17 Voluntary Specification for Performance Requirements and Test Procedures for Superior Performing Organic Coatings on Aluminium Extrusions and Panels: Pass, AS/NZA 4284:2008 Testing of building facades clause 8.2,8.3,8.5,8.6,8.8: Compliant. Vitracore G2 has a 15 year warranty and an EN15804+A2 Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) which declares the environmental impacts of this product including water and carbon emissions.
The products are suitable for commercial projects in external applications.
