Conscious Luxe Suite Collaboration at NoVacancy Hotel + Accommodation Expo 2025
At this year's NoVacancy Hotel + Accommodation Expo 2025, Global GreenTag International and Greg Natale Design will unveil the Conscious Luxe Suite—a showcase proving that luxury interiors can also be ethical, sustainable, and health-focused.
Sydney, Australia – A new design collaboration between </b>Global GreenTag International</b> and multi-award-winning Australian designer Greg Natale will be unveiled at this year's www.terrapinn.com/exhibition/novacancy/index.stm [NoVacancy Hotel + Accommodation Expo] at ICC Sydney from September 17–18, 2025.
Titled Conscious Luxe Suite, the installation will showcase the process of using environmentally responsible products to deliver luxury and wellbeing with a minimalistic and modern approach.
Curated by Global GreenTag International, a world-leading third-party certification body, the Conscious Luxe Suite demonstrates how progressive manufacturers are currently influencing and reshaping interiors with products that are independently certified for user health, sustainability, and circularity. These include materials designed with low toxicity and healthy VOC levels, as well as those embracing renewable, bio-based content, recyclability, upcycling, and product take-back schemes.
Products featured in the installation will be carefully selected based on their independent certifications and declarations with Global GreenTag—including GreenRate™, the GreenTag Product Health Declaration™ and Environmental Product Declaration™. By showcasing these rigorously assessed products, the installation will set a benchmark for stakeholders who are shaping spaces designed to endure both aesthetically and environmentally. It will demonstrate how interiors can be renewed and elevated without the need for full demolition, reducing waste to landfill while ensuring longevity of design. Instead of complete rebuilds, spaces can be refreshed with new accessories, extending the lifecycle of materials and protecting valuable resources. This approach not only lowers embodied carbon and supports healthier indoor environments but inspires attendees to see how responsible product choices also enable compliance with leading building certification systems such as EarthCheck®, Green Star™, WELL™ and LEED®.
Tyann Scott, Sales and Business Development Manager for Global GreenTag International, said the Conscious Luxe Suite is a blueprint for the hospitality industry to rethink its design ethos:
"We are honoured to have Greg Natale working with us to design this installation, Greg embraces what's possible when we need to fitout and also refit hotel rooms. By working with certified, ethical products, operators can embrace minimalism and mindful product selection to elevate design. This benefits guests, hotel operators , and the planet."
Greg Natale, one of Australia's most celebrated multidisciplinary designers, said his involvement was about demonstrating how sustainability and luxury can go hand in hand:
"I believe in creating spaces that are made to last. This isn't just about avoiding trends or investing in quality pieces—it's about designing with a conscience. The Conscious Luxe Suite shows that when we build for longevity, we also reduce waste and leave a positive impact on our environment. To me, true luxury is timeless, responsible, and centred on wellbeing."
Expected to be one of the standout features of the www.terrapinn.com/exhibition/novacancy/index.stm [NoVacancy Hotel + Accommodation Expo 2025]—Australia's largest and most influential event for the hotel sector—the Conscious Luxe Suite will offer operators and designers a fresh vision for the future of hospitality interiors.
Matthew Gatfield, Director of NoVacancy 2025 says:
"The Conscious Luxe Suite captures the spirit of NoVacancy by showing how innovation and responsibility can shape the future of hospitality. Guests today expect experiences that are both inspiring and sustainable. This collaboration highlights that luxury can be conscious, proving that world-class design can also protect the environment and improve guest wellbeing. We are delighted to welcome Global GreenTag International and Greg Natale to lead this important conversation at the Expo."
