Viva Luxury Vinyl Plank is a resilient flooring solution constructed with a multi-layer composition featuring a fiberglass-reinforced core. It is dimensionally stable and designed for glue-down installation using hard-set adhesives. The surface is abrasion-resistant and easy to maintain, making it suitable for frequent use in demanding environments.
Acoustic testing confirms enhanced sound reduction performance. Fire testing conducted in accordance with AS/ISO 9239-1:2003 recorded a mean critical heat flux of 10.4 kW/m² and a smoke development value of 92 %, meeting National Construction Code (NCC) requirements. Slip resistance testing via the wet-oil ramp method demonstrates appropriate performance in conditions where surfaces may be wet or oily.VOC emissions were assessed by a NATA-accredited laboratory and the emission rate is well below the Green Building's TVOC threshold 0.5mg/m2/hr.
Viva Luxury Vinyl Plank is suitable for both residential and light commercial applications (interior use only).
