Villaboard™ Lining is a heavy-duty wall lining compared to plasterboard; resistant to damage from moisture, it holds its form and structural integrity. It is ideal for use in bathrooms and wet areas.

Hardie™ Groove Lining is a 7.5mm thick, durable fibre cement Vertical Joint sheet panel that gives the look of tongue and groove timber with the durability of fibre cement. This product is used for Internal wall and ceiling lining.

Villaboard™ Lining and Hardiegroove™ Lining are suitable for residential or commercial use. These products come with a 15-year warranty, and EPD is availab`le for these products.

BRANZ has assessed the products for their Group Number classification in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC) Verification Method C/VM2 Appendix A (classification of Fire Performance of Wall and Ceiling Lining). It has been classified as Group Number "1-S" with an Average Specific Extinction Area of less than 250 m2/kg.

Villaboard™ Lining and Hardiegroove™ Lining have been tested for their VOC and Formaldehyde Emission by CETEC based on ASTM D5116-2017. It meets the Green Building Council of Australia, Green Star – Design & As Built V1.3-13.2, and Green Star Interiors V1.3-12.2 specifications.
