Knauf AMF's THERMATEX® acoustic range ceiling tiles are mineral boards produced in a wet-felt production process where mineral wool, perlite, clay and starch etc. are mixed together using water to create a slurry, then laid down as a mat and dried to form a rigid board.
The product has low VOC emission. The manufacturer is ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified. The products are recyclable at the end of life through Product Stewardship Program.
