Roberts 2000 is Low VOC acrylic co-polymer hard set adhesive with strong initial tack qualities and bond for a range of PVC vinyl and textile floorcoverings. It has excellent plasticiser resistance and non-staining properties. It is for interior use only and is protected against bio-degradation, withstands normal wet cleaning practices and is suitable for use over underfloor heating installations. It is formulated for Commercial and Domestic PVC Sheet Vinyl floorcoverings, Wall Vinyl, Vinyl Composite Tiles, PVC Vinyl Plank and Tile flooring and Linoleum. It can be installed to bond some Rubber flooring up to 4.0mm.
Roberts 2000 Universal Flooring Adhesive, RLA and Roberts Universal Primer and Roberts Generale Levelling Compound.
RLA and Roberts Universal Primer is a rapid drying solvent-free low VOC water based acrylic primer. For use over porous and non-porous substrates such as ceramic tiles and painted surfaces (water based only). For substrates, such as burnished surfaces, it is recommended that a light grind or sand be conducted to enhance adhesion. RLA and Roberts Universal Primer is compatible with the range of RLA cement based ceramic tile adhesives and levelling compounds.
Roberts Generale Levelling Compound is a Low VOC, rapid drying self levelling compound with excellent flow properties formulated for self- levelling differences from 1 to 20 mm in thickness on new or existing internal concrete substrates. It can be applied in commercial and domestic installations and develops a smooth even surface with high levels of mechanical resistance, ensuring the subsequent installation of floor coverings. It is ready to accept most floor coverings after approximately 12 hours and allows for quick and reliable installation. Roberts Generale is for internal applications.
