Karndean Design Flooring Korlok, Abode Vibe, Capitol Rigid Core are vinyl flooring products with click- locking installation.Rigid Core Vinyl Flooring is designed for fast installation with minimal floor preparation and no adhesives required due to the click lock design. Rigid Core Vinyl Flooring come in a 6.5mm thickness with a 0.5mm Karndean K-Guard+® wear layer, a AS 4586:2013 Slip resistance classification of R10 and a AS/ ISO 9239.1 2003 Reaction to Fire test is available on request and have low VOC emissions as they comply to the ≤0.5mg/m3 TVOC limit when tested with the CDPH/EHLB Standard Method v1.2-2017 (California Section 01350). Available in 457mm x 600mm sized tiles that replicate stone and 1220mm x 180mm, 1420mm x 225mm sized planks that replicate wood. Karndean's Rigid Core Vinyl Flooring products are intended for interior use in commercial and residential buildings. Rigid Core Vinyl Flooring have a 35 year residential warranty and a 15 year commercial warranty. An EN 15804+A2 compliant Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is available for these products which declares environmental emissions related to the product including water use and greenhouse gas emissions.
Karndean's Rigid Core Vinyl Flooring products are manufactured in a facility with an ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System. Karndean are also a founding member of Resiloop, an initiative to design an optimised National Stewardship scheme for resilient flooring in Australia.
