Greenline Global's RGN-3312 series industrial scale remover dissolves and removes scale and rust from different surfaces- steel, aluminium, iron and stainless steel. The product cleans efficiently leaving a shiny surface, and efficiently descales filtering systems and heaters. It is also able to be used as pre-painting protective treatment for iron and steel.

The products have successfully passed the relevant GreenTag Standard's Cautionary Assessment Process and has its Red Light Comment Minimised regarding the toxicity of the products.
The product contains key active ingredient - Phosphoric acid 85% solution, which is categorised with H314 (causes severe skin burns and eye damage) and H312 (harmful in contact with skin). The manufacturer of phosphoric acid is OHSAS 18001 certified, and the manufacturer of RGN-3312 industrial scale remover provided sufficient OHS documents to demonstrate a proper OHS system is implemented in factory. Therefore, there is very low risk to workers during the manufacturing stage.
In concentrate form, the product needs handling with particular care. Manufacturer recommended safety precautions should be taken whether using the concentrate or diluted forms. When end-users clean the surface (either wipe the surface with the product or spray the surface with the product and then wipe/rinse with water), it is recommended to clean in a well-ventilated environment using recommended Personal Protective Equipment to reduce any potential risk of incidental skin/eyes contact or gas inhalation. In case of accidental exposure, first aid guidelines should be followed such as immediately flushing eyes with plenty of water, washing skin with soap and water, and seeking fresh air.
