KDF's Luxury Vinyl Flooring is Low-maintenance tile. The thickness of wear layer is a factor in determining the level of durability. There is a wide range of wear layer options with various thicknesses, ranging from 0.1mm to 0.7 mm.. KDF integrate glass beads within the wear layer and apply a high-intensity UV coating on top of it, enhancing durability. KDF looselay tiles as tested under Floor Score and Green Guard certifications emit low levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
These products are suitable for installation in nursing homes, schools and even hospitals. Products are used in a variety of patterns and colors, with surface texture including wood, stone, and tile for domestic and commercial use.
