Polytec High Pressure Laminates are manufactured using layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, overlaid with decorative paper and bonded under heat and high pressure. The laminate is available in a range of colours and finishes and is suitable for horizontal and vertical applications including domestic and commercial joinery, shelving, and retail fit-outs. The product has a Total Volatile Organic Compound (TVOC) emission rate of 0.028 mg/m²/hr (emission data 7 days) when tested in accordance with ASTM D5116-2017 and is supplied with a 7-year warranty.
Compact laminate is a decorative panel material designed for interior and exterior joinery applications for commercial and residential projects. Manufactured from layered materials under high pressure, it features a black core construction and offers structural stability for applications where a self-supporting panel is required. The product has a Total Volatile Organic Compound (TVOC) emission rate of 0.007 mg/m²/hr (emission data 7 days) when tested in accordance with ASTM D5116-2017 and is supplied with a 10-year warranty.
