Knauf Insulation glasswool with ECOSE® Technology is a high-performance thermal andacoustic insulation solution designed with sustainability and health in mind. It is manufacturedusing up to 80% post-consumer recycled glass and bonded with the innovative ECOSE®Technology binder, which contains no added formaldehyde or phenol. It is made from naturalraw materials that are rapidly renewable and result in lower upfront carbon emissionscompared to traditional formaldehyde-based binders. This binder eliminates the need for addedphenols, formaldehyde, acrylics, or artificial colours, ensuring a more environmentally friendlyand healthier product.
The product is certified by CodeMark, meeting the stringent performance requirements of theBCA 2019 Amendment 1. It also complies with the internationally recognized EUROFINSIndoor Air Comfort GOLD standard for superior indoor air quality and is certified as Red ListFree by Declare, confirming it contains no harmful chemicals. These certifications highlightKnauf Insulation's commitment to sustainability, safety, and performance.
