Joyce Foam's Furniture Foam and +Living Comfort ranges are designed for manufacturers requiring foam for wide range of product designs. These foams are suitable for bedding and general-purpose applications, available in densities from 10 kg/m³ to 28 kg/m³. Furniture foam products include a 1-5 year guarantee and Living Comfort products include a 1-year guarantee.
Premium Comfort range products are in medium to high-density foams developed for comfort and support, offered in eight grades with hardness levels from 60 to 500. These are commonly used in mattresses, seating, and pillows, and carry a 10-year guarantee.
Active Comfort range are multi-purpose foams suitable for a broad range of industries and applications, including bedding, furniture, and automotive.
Joyce Foam has a product stewardship approach that focuses on managing its foams throughout their life cycle, including manufacturing, use, and end-of-life stages.
