The wood fibre undergoes a quality inspection to ensure consistency before urea formaldehyde resin is added and the boards are pressed, dried and cut to size. The finished product is a stable homogeneous board with a smooth surface capable of accepting a range of surface coatings including paints, veneers, laminates, paper and vinyl foils. The sheet size is 2400*1200*18mm and 2400*1200*25mm. Tivoli's manufacturer site is ISO14001 certified.
