Manufactured from managed and renewable plantation pine that is Australian Forestry Standard (Responsible Wood/PEFC) chain of custody certified, Australian Panels' CUSTOMwood E0 MR MDF and LDF are a resin bonded medium density fibre board material with an impregnated decorative melamine surface. Available in solid colours, timberprints, and abstract patterns in a range of surface finishes, thicknesses and sheet sizes.
Customwood MR E0 MDF and LDF are also available as raw board in various thicknesses from 3mm – 32mm in sheet sizes from 2400 x 1200 to 3600 x 1800mm.
Customwood MR E0 MDF and LDF are recommended for interior use, such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes, domestic and commercial furniture, shelving, wall linings and partitions.
CUSTOMwood MR E0 MDF and LDF has been tested to ASTM D5116 and emit 0.018 mg/m2/hr (emission data 24 days) which is less than the Global GreenTag International v4.0 standard of ≤0.500 mg/m2/hr. Having passed the Global GreenTag International v4.0 VOC testing standard they have a product achievement of 'Healthy VOC Levels'.
