Jacky is a Marketing Assistant at Global GreenTag International and holds a Master of Business in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Queensland. He has a background in digital marketing, business analysis, customer-facing sales and marketing systems, with experience supporting data-driven marketing, content development and process improvement.
Prior to joining Global GreenTag, Jacky gained experience in business analysis for an educational institution, where he analysed business processes, supported digital automation initiatives and developed a web-based costing tool to improve operational efficiency.
He has also had experience in the sports industry to improve customer-facing sales roles across retail and specialty products, providing personalised product recommendations and supporting customers in selecting products based on their individual needs.
With experience across digital marketing, analytics, AI-supported workflows, marketing technology and content production, Jacky applies emerging technologies and digital tools to improve marketing efficiency, reporting processes and digital performance.
In his role at Global GreenTag, Jacky develops and implements AI-assisted marketing workflows, AEO and SEO research, marketing analytics, video and content production, digital campaigns, website content, and the ongoing improvement of internal marketing systems and processes.
Jacky is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
