Jamie O'Neill

Jamie O'Neill is a sales and business development professional with a diverse career spanning entrepreneurship, business development and engineering services across the United States and Australia. In addition to developing business opportunities for Global GreenTag International and leading the Global Sales team, Jamie is also responsible for managing Licensees and prospective GreenTag Franchisees, Licensees and our Referral Partner Online Portals.

With more than 25 years of professional and personal experience living in the USA, Jamie brings a strong global perspective and cross-cultural insight to her roles with Global GreenTag.

Jamie was the owner of Shade by Jamie, where she led business operations, client engagement, and strategic growth. Previously, she served as Commissioning Department Operations Administrator at Affiliated Engineers, Inc., supporting complex building and infrastructure projects through operations management, stakeholder communication, and process optimisation. She also held the role of Project Coordinator at Kiewit, contributing to the successful delivery of major construction and engineering projects by managing schedules, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within large multidisciplinary teams.

Having recently returned to her native homeland of Australia after more than two decades in the United States, Jamie combines international experience with a strong understanding of local markets. She is recognised for her commercial acumen, operational discipline, and ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships. Jamie brings integrity, adaptability, and strategic insight to her role, supporting sustainable growth, organisational performance, and long-term value creation.
