Debra Robertson
Global Marketing and Communications Director
Debra Robertson is a Marketing and Communications Designer and Facilitator responsible for planning, developing and delivering strategic communications that strengthen the global brand and advance the business objectives of Global GreenTag International. Her work champions manufacturers and suppliers who demonstrate leadership by voluntarily submitting their products to rigorous third- party certification, declaration and verification programs, and the groundbreaking work of Global GreenTag in the product certification field — reinforcing transparency, accountability and the importance of credible sustainability performance in the global marketplace.
She facilitates GreenTag's GreenGO program, guiding clients in the development of sales and marketing materials that accurately, responsibly and effectively promote their Global GreenTag-certified products. Through training and one-on-one advisory support for in-house sales, marketing and technical teams, Debra helps ensure product claims align with regulatory requirements and best-practice standards for environmental and sustainability communications.
At GreenTag, Debra develops and implements marketing strategies that support sales growth, communicate technical and certification advancements, and expand brand awareness across key stakeholder audiences. She cultivates strategic partnerships and leads collaborative educational initiatives with clients, industry bodies, and major exhibition and conference partners. She also oversees the design and coordination of media, social media and advertising campaigns, and manages the development of corporate and client-facing brand assets — including logos, style guidelines and marketing collateral — for distribution across GreenTag's global channels, websites, licensees and franchise networks.
Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts and a First Class Honours Degree in Drama and Performance Studies from the Queensland University of Technology. Prior to joining GreenTag, she worked in marketing design and management for sustainability- focused businesses in Australia and Sweden.
