Our foams DO NOT use "FILLERS" to "ARTIFICALLY" increase the foam density. The density is actual polyurethane density. (No filler)
At Afro Foams we endeavor to utilize as much of the foams as possible in order to minimize scrap and off cuts. The side / top / bottom scrap and off cuts are very useful for packaging to protect fragile goods and in sound deadening applications. Any remainder of the scrap not used for packaging or in sound deadening applications is recycled and goes to carpet underlay manufacturers.
