Projects seeking Green Star® and other green building rating tool Certification have to achieve a minimum number of points under various credits for each level they might be certified to e.g. 5 Green Stars or LEED® Gold etc. GreenTag is the most flexible and comprehensive GBCA and GBNZ recognised and BREEAM® and LEED® relevant certification system in the market.

The other GBCA recognised schemes have at most 1 or 2 Level A or B schemes, some have only 1 Level A or B and some only 1 Level A scheme.
Only Level A Certified Products will achieve full points under the calculators. Filling in the calculators manually with key product data will no longer achieve more than 50% of credit points.

LCARate is the only one capable of certifying the tool credits that include the Post Consumer Recycled Materials (20% and 50%) credits because of its ISO 14040 audited LCA approach.
LCARate is the only system GBCA recognised to certify the Green Star® MAT-3 Recycled Content Credits.
